Academy of Sacred Heart, Colton School in Design phase

The office is currently finishing construction documents for a new $10M Arts and Athletics Complex for the Academy of the Sacred Heart in uptown New Orleans. The project will incorporate a new gymnasium and running track, training and weight rooms and a number of arts spaces for dance, choral, arts and music instruction.

Currently in the Design Development Phase is a new $35M elementary school for the Louisiana Board of Education’s Recovery School District. The Colton School, a circa 1929, three-story masonry structure damaged in Hurricane Katrina which occupies an entire city block in the City’s Bywater neighborhood will incorporate a 28,000 sf addition and will undergo a complete renovation. The project will meet LEED Silver certification.
