David Waggonner delivered a lecture entitled Ground Zero/Going Coastal at Tulane University’s New Orleans Under Reconstruction Symposium sponsored by the Tulane University School of Architecture in October 2009. David has also recently given talks on urban design and water planning at the HYDROCity Conference at the University of Toronto and at the H209 Water Forum in New York City.
