Dutch Dialogues, a series of post Hurricane Katrina interdisciplinary symposia and charrettes focusing on water management and infrastructure and landscape design, was conceived of and organized by David Waggonner and Dale Morris Senior Economic Advisor of Royal Netherlands Embassy. The third conference, Dutch Dialogues III, will be held in New Orleans in April 2010 and will again include the participation of urbanists, engineers, landscape architects from The Netherlands.
