McIlhenny Company Office Renovation

A conversion of the original 60,000 square foot TABASCO sauce factory into offices for the corporation, the $2.2 million project involved the renovation of a complex of late 19th and early 20th century masonry warehouses and won a New Orleans Chapter AIA Honor Award in 1990.
