Tianjin Mixed Use High Rise Development

The firm has designed a proposal for a new condominium and retail complex on a lake in Tianjin, China.  Three unique towers (68m, 100m, and 132m) rise from an S-shaped base, offering a skyline that shifts constantly to offer a great variety of views from three separate plazas.  Three schemes for the towers were explored, taking different approaches to facades, massing, and heights, before one scheme was ultimately selected.  The project will be carbon-neutral and includes state-of-the-art sustainable systems.
